Fitness has been a passion of mine for a long time, ever since I was forced into my first weight training class at a boarding school I went to in my teen years. I was obviously against it at first, being forced and all, but I quickly learned the principles involved in fitness; discipline, consistency, drive & patience. I adopted these principles and it had a ripple effect, changing my life.
